Our Rolls-Royce behavioural safety programme continues to engage audiences throughout the country. This month we were in Rolls-Royce’s Learning and Development Centre in Derby, which also has a wonderful museum attached to it. Well worth a visit if you’re ever in the area.

The management of change programme, Foreign and Domestic, which we’ve been running for one of our clients in the nuclear industry continues to be very well received and is also a firm favourite with the AKT delivery team because they get to play spies!
Immersive Event room is ready for another day’s training
The immersive event room is ready for another group of participants. The programme runs all day but once it starts it seems to fly by, which is sure sign that it’s engaging people and making them think about safety in a new and interesting way.
WINS/JAEA/ISCN Conference in Tokyo
After delivering the WINS/JAEA/ISCN conference in an online, virtual environment for the last 2 years, it was fantastic to be able to go back to Tokyo and deliver this year’s conference in person again.
