We delivered our riser safety programme, What Goes Up, for a client who isn’t in the construction industry; in fact it’s an industry which would be considered far more high-tech. And yet because the pressures and behaviours exhibited by the characters are the same no matter which industry you’re from, the programme landed with the participants and was a great success.
