An AKT team delivered scenes from our Piper Alpha programme at the Oil and Gas Denmark Task Force Zero 2019 conference in Esbjerg.  AKT shared a platform with, amongst others,  Charlie Morecraft who talked movingly about the personal consequences of a workplace accident, and Professor Andrew Hopkins, one of the world’s foremost experts on process and behavioural safety.
