We were proud to be part of the Oil and Gas Denmark Task Force Zero 2018 safety conference.  Our ‘Mousehole’ presentation kicked off the conference which this year was held in Esbjerg, Denmark.  Highlights of the conference included the Space Shuttle Captain Jim Wetherbee, nuclear expert Monica Haage who was a member of the IAEA team at Fukushima Daiichi, and Professor Sidney Dekker, whose work in safety will be familiar to all safety professionals.
