September has become the month for learning from aviation incidents. The story of how two large aircraft came to be occupying the same air space at the same time over the city of Überlingen on 1st July 2002 is a catalogue of preventable factors, and a solemn lesson for not only everyone involved in aircraft control operations, but for anyone in any industry. Our engaging, accessible production tells the story of what lead up to that fateful night and the devastating repercussions which followed during the aftermath.
We delivered two sessions at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam for LVNL (Dutch air traffic control). Both were extremely well received and the feedback afterwards was impressively detailed and universally positive.
