AKT Productions can deliver workshops in almost any venue, room or space.

We’ve run programmes for groups ranging from 2 people in a training room, to an auditorium filled with an entire workforce of 1,200.

We can tailor our sessions to suit your needs, timeframe and attendee numbers, and we always ensure that no matter how large or small the group is, everyone is engaged and has an opportunity to have their views and opinions heard. And if circumstances mean you need to deliver your training remotely, AKT Productions Online is a highly cost effective way to reach people who are based around the country, or the world, who aren’t able to come together in the same room.

We have a number of portfolio pieces which have been successfully delivered online, or we can work with you to create bespoke programmes to suit your specific organisational needs.

Absolutely. Over the years we’ve run a large number of rollouts for many clients across various industries. Whether it’s 3 or 4 events in a week (or over a few weeks) or one event per month for a number of years, AKT Productions will work closely with you to ensure consistency and programme integrity throughout the life of the rollout. And if the session needs to evolve over time that’s no problem either; we can adapt the workshop to suit your needs as and when required. And if circumstances mean you need to deliver your training remotely, AKT Productions Online is a highly cost effective way to reach people who are based around the country, or the world, who aren’t able to come together in the same room. Yes we can. It would depend on your specific requirements and the timeframe involved but we will always be honest from the outset, and if we say we can deliver in the allotted time then we will.

Depending on the size of the cast, the set up required and the number of attendees, we can deliver just about anywhere. We haven’t found a space yet that we couldn’t make work!

• Where it is
• The name of the room you’ve booked
• Your point of contact at the venue if you have one
• When we can have access to set up the day before (if required)
• When we can access on event day
• What time we will need to clear the venue by after the event

And if you’re happy for us to start a dialogue with your point of contact, we’ll give them a call and find all this out for ourselves.

Before the event is ideal, but soon afterwards is fine too. Depending on your preference we can either estimate expenses on our proposal, or you can issue a separate PO for accurate expenses after the event; whatever works best for you.

A few things would be good to know as early as possible:

• When and where the event will be taking place
• Who will be attending
• What the start and end times will be
• Where the AKT Productions session fits within the day’s agenda
• Any specific additions you would like to make to the facilitation

Yes you can. Depending on the length of the programme you can run two, three or four live sessions in a day at no extra cost. So if you have a venue which can hold a large number of attendees, eg. 400 people per session and three sessions a day, it means that AKT Productions can provide you with fantastic value for money.

Depending on the complexity of the subject matter we might need to research various archives and reference materials. If possible, we would seek to interview the people involved in the incident and also review any incident reports which might be available. The more information we can gather, the more authentic and credible the final programme will be. And of course, all information is treated with complete confidentiality, as any of our clients will testify to.

Yes it can, which is the reason why every AKT Productions session is bespoke to each client, even if it’s a programme that’s been run time and time again. As part of each workshop’s unique, AKT Productions-designed facilitation, we can also incorporate specific messages, hot topics and targeted questions which will be wholly relevant to your attendees, and which will provide you with feedback in a way that a work-based questionnaire or census never could. People have a chance to be heard and to be honest at our sessions, and it’s an opportunity which most people don’t want to miss.

Absolutely. There is a minimum time in which a programme can be delivered and still achieve maximum impact and engagement, and we can usually adapt a programme to suit a specific timeslot if it’s going to help your agenda. However, if the requested time is too short to effectively run the session then we’ll always be honest and let you know.

Yes we can. If your workforce is located throughout the country (or the world) or people are working from home, AKT Online offers a range of tried and tested portfolio programmes which have been successfully delivered online and are highly cost effective. We can also work with you to create bespoke programmes to suit your specific organisational needs, as we have done for a number of our clients, and we are able to deliver on many popular platforms including Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect, Zoom and GoToTraining. AKT online programmes

Delivery time depends on a few factors, (eg. how long ago was the piece run? Can we get the same cast?) but we’ve always managed to get a piece up and running in time for a conference or training day deadline. If it’s a new piece then ideally a minimum 4 week turnaround time would be best to write, re-draft, rehearse and deliver the session. That said, we can also make things happen more quickly if time is of the essence! As with all things at AKT Productions – if we can, we will.

Every workshop is unique, so a ballpark figure can be difficult to calculate. Even if it’s one of our portfolio pieces there are still a number of variables which come into play, eg. Where is the venue? How far will we need to travel? Will we need trains, flights, taxis? Will accommodation be required? Will the stage manager need to hire a van? Are there any specific props that we’ll need to acquire? When was the piece last delivered – will it require a refresher rehearsal or a full rehearsal? All these things must be taken into account when putting a proposal together, but at AKT Productions we promise to strive to always provide the best value for money we possibly can.
