In June, Rachel and a team of actors spent two days delivering our programme A Simple Change to the Plan.
Change Management can be a real challenge for any organisation, and to see a story where the smallest of changes in a dynamic environment can have the biggest of impacts helped the room to distil what needs to be focused on to avoid it from happening where they work.
We ran four sessions across the two days and there was fascinating conversation in each one with delegates given the opportunity to challenge themselves as well as each other when thinking about behaviours in a pressurised environment. As one delegate said “I have worked in this industry for 25 years and this is one of the best training experiences I’ve ever had”. It’s great to hear we’ve made a difference.
