We took our Überlingen programme, about the mid-air collision of two planes over Germany in 2002, to NATS and their air traffic controllers.
As with most disasters, an unfortunate (and preventable) series of events unfolded which led to two aircraft occupying the same piece of sky and the tragic loss of 71 lives, 52 of them children.
So many lessons to be learned from this story.
