Following the huge success of our Deepwater programme in Oslo in May, Equinor asked us to deliver our Think Again programme in Aberdeen.
Based on the Texas City oil refinery disaster of 2005, Think Again is one of our most popular behavioural safety leadership programmes.
It examines the leadership failings at all levels which lead to the deaths of 15 people, and asks its participants some tough questions about how they approach safety leadership today.
The team, lead by David McCaffrey, did an outstanding job, and once again the feedback has been universally positive.
