AKT Productions was invited up to Derby to deliver our behavioural safety leadership programme Think Again to the Rolls-Royce senior management team.
The programme, which is based on the Texas City oil refinery disaster of 2005, examines decisions which were made at all levels, from boots on the ground, through to managers and the highest levels of senior leadership.
The programme was extremely well received and it was good to be back in the Midlands again, working with a client with whom AKT Productions has a long history and a great relationship.
